Our Services
We provide an evidence-based approach to menopausal care based on the North American Menopause Society guidelines. We follow national and international research and guidelines for the most up-to-date evidence and care.
-
Our team is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for anyone experiencing the menopausal transition. We're glad you're here!
-
Before recommending any treatment, we take a thorough health history and have a detailed discussion to ensure we address your concerns, goals, and risk factors.
We specialize in both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options for perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms, as well as many associated conditions.
-
We recognize that for some women, menopause brings physical changes that can impact emotional well-being and body image, and we are here to meet you—wherever you are on your journey.
We are committed to providing compassionate care free from weight bias, diet culture, or unrealistic body standards.
-
Menopause affects multiple organ systems and impacts each person differently.
We take a comprehensive approach, incorporating hormone replacement therapy (when appropriate), non-hormonal treatments, evidence-based supplements, regular exercise and strength training, sleep optimization, and personalized dietary guidance to support your overall well-being.
-
While working with us, you’ll need to maintain a relationship with your primary care provider or gynecologist to stay up to date on essential health screenings like Pap smears and mammograms.
We do not provide primary care, order routine screenings or lab work, or manage acute and chronic conditions such as depression, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and more.
We believe in a collaborative approach to care and work closely with gynecologists, primary care providers, nutritionists, pelvic physical therapists, mental health professionals, oncologists, and other specialists as needed.
Individualized Care
Everyone has a unique health history, concerns, and goals. Whether you seek education alone or want to explore multiple treatment options, we’re here to support you.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Treatment is based on your unique health history, risk factors, and symptoms.
-
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be used to prevent and treat symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Studies also support benefit in preventing certain chronic diseases and cancers.
While some women have little to no symptoms, some may find this transition debilitating. Regardless of your experience, hormonal changes impact every woman. The decision to treat this is optional and personalized.
-
We prescribe estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone as indicated. We also prescribe non-hormonal options.
Labs are required for testosterone treatment only. These must be completed prior to starting treatment, at 8-12 weeks, and after any adjustment. Once stable, labs are completed yearly.
Labs can be done with your primary care provider or we will order them for you.

There are many non-hormonal treatment options available for symptomatic management such as gabapentin, SSRI’s, and Veozah among others.
Vaginal and Sexual Health
Menopause can bring significant changes to vaginal and sexual health, including decreased libido, vaginal dryness, pain during intercourse, recurrent UTIs, urinary incontinence, and more.
-
We offer both hormonal and non-hormonal treatments to prevent and manage urinary and vaginal health concerns.
Vaginal estrogen is a safe treatment option for most women and is used to treat several concerns.
-
While many concerns can be managed through our treatments, some complex or persistent issues may require consultation with a gynecologist, pelvic physical therapist, or urologist.
We collaborate with your healthcare team to ensure you receive the best possible care
